Daily Life

Our current life is rather (pleasantly) boring. We have language school from 9am-12:30pm Mon-Thurs (Chaz isn't in on Monday). WE both have our separate work in the afternoons or Friday.
I don't make enough time to study my language lessons and that really needs to change. Chaz is managing his stress over UBean better, evidence of God's grace.
We have social/discipling times with UBean staff and KAMA staff. Movie nights with Mashka, game night with Mandkhai, and this Saturday we will go karaoke-ing with the UBean staff!
On Tuesdays I often attend a women's bible study made up of a mix of backgrounds and on Saturday evenings we have an open door for bible study with UBean staff.
Annually Ulaanbaatar government rotates closing the hot water pipes throughout the city as summer ends and autumn begins. Our area started the day we returned from Field Forum and finally ended today. That's just over two weeks, which I hear is pretty good. It was ridiculous to feel so annoyed at the lack of a hot shower. I'm living in a 2 1/2 world country, why am I annoyed? It could be so much worse.
Today I had a worker in to check our window seals. They are old and not safe when you consider the pollution situation that is around the corner in winter. He'll replace them all as well as a cracked window on the balcony. Tomorrow I will meet him at the other worker apartments to have all theirs estimated. Things I do in a day.
